"A sign says that this is the best BBQ in northeast Colorado but this is way off. Because this place may very well be the best BBQ in all of Colorado. The meat is done to perfection. Had the ribs and now may have to wait almost a year before I can make it back to Happy Jack's BBQ. Yes that pain is real. The smells coming from this place alone are worth the effort just to drive by!!!"
