"The food here was very very good! Better than many Texas joints, fantastic ribs, delicious brisket, and the candied pork ice cream is a great finisher. Don't sleep on this great place!"

"Stayed in Holyoke for a wedding and this was by far the best restaurant in town AND we ate at every restaurant in town. Brisket and cornbread was on point. My vegetarian friend said the shells and cheese are the best she's ever had! And the owner, Allyn, was so friendly. Highly, highly recommended!"

"A sign says that this is the best BBQ in Northeast Colorado but this is way off. Because this place may very well be the best BBQ in all of Colorado. The meat is done to perfection. Had the ribs and now may have to wait almost a year before I can make it back to Happy Jack's BBQ. Yes that pain is real. The smells coming from this place alone are worth the effort just to drive by!!!"

"Truly mouthwatering barbeque. As I heard someone else say- The best thing to get here is anything on the menu!"
